The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, lead the kitchen team, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation. Working in close collaboration with the General Manager, the Executive Chef will play a key role in delivering an unparalleled guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Design creative and seasonal menus that reflect the club's culinary philosophy and exceed member expectations
• Ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation
• Source, order, and receive the finest ingredients available
• Develop, teach, and maintain recipes and kitchen techniques
• Lead and organize a large team, holding each chef accountable for their responsibilities
• Oversee smooth, professional service during all operating hours
• Maintain all kitchen equipment and coordinate necessary repairs
• Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and food costs to operate efficiently within a defined budget

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
• Proven success in a quality-driven, high-volume kitchen
• Culinary diploma or equivalent hands-on experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand or sit for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
